I am a professional manager of teams, studying and implementing procedures and processes to enhance the performance and continuity of regional, national, and global teams. I began my career managing remote teams long before the adoption of the many tools we have today. These tools have brought advantages and disadvantages to the workplace, but the fundamental concept of how to build and keep a high performance team is the same. My professional background includes both small and large businesses as well as private and publicly held. I have held roles as a field service engineer, director on national and global levels, as well as transformational leader as organizations have made the transition from small to medium and medium to large. After I completed my service in the US Navy, I received my undergraduate degree in Business Management, and went on to complete my Master of Business Administration. I am currently a Business Administration PhD candidate.
